The main use of designing this project Company Information Tracker is to provide
better customer relation in product based companies. The main modules covered in this web
application are admin module, client module, employee module. The admin module works with
provide employee information, etc. The employee module works with the employee login
details, The employee module works with the employee personal details, employee payroll
information. Provides the administrator to control the whole website. He can view the database
and control the flow of the project. He is the super user who can delete any user or any reports.
All reports can be updated and deleted by admin. The administrator can assign’s the roles to
employees, team lead, project manager and update their profile details. The admin can view the
reports and projects uploaded by their groups so that he can evaluate and update their day to day
performance. The admin can add, edit the project team. The admin also assign the team
members. Some of the critical activities that can be performed with this system are monitoring
the completion status of project documents. This project can provide efficient customer
satisfaction and relationship between the company management, employees and customers. The
employee details are created and will be saved in the database in order to get information about
employee details, General details, Contact details, skill details etc., he also has the facility of
viewing a summary report of all the projects done by a particular employee. A list of all
employees is provided along with employee’s Designation and Department.

MODULE DESCRIPTION

Administration: This module provides the administrator to control the whole website. He can view the database and control the flow of the project. He is the super user who can delete any user or any
reports. All reports can be updated and deleted by admin. The administrator can assign’s the
roles to employees, team lead, project manager and update their profile details. The admin can
view the reports and projects uploaded by their groups so that he can evaluate and update their
day to day performance. The admin can add, edit the project team. The admin also assign the
team members. Some of the critical activities that can be performed with this system are CITS
monitoring the completion status of project documents. The Admin have the permission to
approve or reject the employees registered in the site.

Employee Registration: The website provides a facility where the employees can register their details. The registered users who are approved by admin can login using their valid username and password. This module provides a database of employee details who can edit their profile later.

Login: The website provides login for different type of users. We provide different home pages for
different users where the administrator can control the permission. The privileged user can view
the permitted function.

Client Details: Admin add the details of clients and their project requirements, starting date and deadline of
project.

Project Upload: The employee’s can upload their reports and presentation till their permitted date.
